There are worlds beyond worlds, times beyond times, and among these worlds, the members of Blue Team fight another fight for the fate of humanity.

---------------

The World of Remnant is a nice place to live. That is, of course, you don't mind a very common problem: the creatures of Grimm, they are dark, animalistic forces who are attracted to human negativity and seek out to destroy mankind and all of its creations. Thankfully, there are humans who hunt the creatures of Grimm and defend humanity, the Hunstmen and Huntresses, they arm themselves with weapons powered by a crystal element known as Dust, channel their souls into auras, develop unique abilities known as Semblances and head out to fight the evils that humanity knows...and the ones they don't know.

Deep in Anima territory, around the Boarders of the Kingdom of Mistral, A neighbouring Village is under the attack by Bandits, humans who rob and fight for themselves. They raided homes, killed anyone that got in their way. Among the carnage, one Bandit has a young woman cornered, she tried to run but the Bandit kicked her down, "Where do you think you're going, pretty?" He asked in a lewd tone.

"Please, don't hurt me..." The girl begged.

The Bandit chuckled, "Don't worry, you'll like it," He said as he moved closer. Suddenly, the sound of a gun firing was heard and a dust round grazed his shoulder. He turns and sees a man wearing some sort of weathered cloak over his body and head.

"Back away from the woman," He ordered in a deep voice.

The Bandit turned and aimed his own gun at the man, "Stupid move, hero," He taunted before he pulled the trigger. But the gun didn't fire, he pulled it a few times before checking it, "The hell? I just fixed this."

"What are the odds?" The man asked before he opened his cloak and thew a large shield at the Bandit, knocking him down, the force was enough to shatter his Aura and the man rushed at him, grabbed his Shield and struck him with it again, this blow knocked him out. The woman looked at him and she saw the face of her hero, brown hair and blue eyes, and the face of someone who has seen war. "You're safe now." He said.

The girl got up, gave him a "Thank you," before running back to her home.

"Eagle, what's your status?" a voice called in the Hunstman's earpiece

"I'm clear, Badger," Eagle said, "What about you?"

------

The Hunstman known as Badger was in combat with a Bandit who had a powerful battle axe, he was countering with the turquoise Gauntlets on his arms, "I'm making acquaintances with the guest," He quipped as he stepped back, more Bandits surrounded him.

"Don't take too long, Fred" Eagle ordered, "We have to clear this area before the Grimm can track this village and destroy it."

"You want speed, talk to Rabbit," Fred said as he blocked another strike, this one from a Bandit using daggers, "Oh, you don't want to challenge me to a knife fight." His gauntlets suddenly transformed and three blades push out from over his hands, making it look like he has claws, he swings and counters the Bandit along with several more that tried to counter him, but he focuses and sends a force out that pushed them all back, Fred's semblance allowed him to send concussive force without touching anyone, giving his space to use before getting in close. he slashed at his opponents, shattering their auras before he opens fire with the Gaunlet's gun attachments. "I always prefer a hands-on approach, John."

One Bandit began to charge at him, his skin glowed and turned to stone before he charged at Fred, Fred braced himself for an attack when suddenly, a flash of light passed by and he was hit. Another flash passed him and he was struck, he was soon being struck on all sides by something that was only a blur of motion. After a moment, the blur slowed down and his attacker was seen: Another Hunstman, or rather Huntress. This one was a Faunus, a species that looked human but had animalistic traits, some visible, some not so much, in this one's case, She had a pair of Rabbit ears with fur that matched her Blue hair. The Bandit glares at her and tries to strike her, but the Fanus drew her weapon, a chain weapon that had a bladed sickle and an iron weight, a kusarigama. She swings the weight at him several times, striking his stone skin before she brought the weight and sickle together and they attach to each other, forming a shotgun, she pulls the trigger and the Bandit falls to the ground hard.

"Great timing, Kelly," Fred said with a smile.

"Timing is everything," Kelly said.

"Any civilians unaccounted for, Bunny?" Fred asked.

"Nearly drained my Aura but I got them to shelters. And don't call me Bunny...that's John's privilege." Kelly said with a smile.

"Blue Team, we have a problem." A new voice said into their coms.

"Let me Guess, Lupus," Fred said, "Starts with a G, ends with an M?"

--------

High up in the trees, the 4th Huntsman, or Huntress, of this team was looking through the advanced scope of her sniper rifle. From her position, she could see from hundreds of meters away, and coming in waves were black and bony silhouettes of animals, but these were no shadows, they were the creatures of Grimm.

"Yep," Lupus said, the Irises of her green eyes glowed and changed color, Her Semblance allowed this Huntress to see in multiple ways, she could zoom in, see in x-ray vision, infrared, night-vision, and she could even see through illusions. "A pack of Beowolves, Boarbatusk and Creeps, and two DeathStalkers."

"Haven't faced a Deathstalker in months," Kelly said.

"This town is gonna get hit hard," John said, "return to our position, Linda."

"Copy," The Huntress now known as Linda said. she holsters her weapon and makes her way down.

-----------

Fred and Kelly chased after some of the bandits who decided to cut their losses and leave, John caught up with them and more Bandits who felt braver stayed and faced them. However, Fred called out to them, "Listen here, you punks!" he began, "The Grimm are already on their way here, and as much as I'd like to see you get torn to shreds, You have two choices: either stay and fight with us, or Run to live another day!"

One of the bandits, a Faunus with tiger claws glared at him, "We don't take orders from Hunstmen!" he charged at the three, only to stop when a sniper round fired at his legs. He looks up and sees Linda on the roof of one of the houses.

"You should take orders from this one," She called out.

"I'll take orders when I'm dead!" The Bandit shouted as he ran towards her and jumped, having strong legs, he was able to reach Linda's position.

The Huntress was prepared for this and took the barrel of her Sniper Rifle in her hand and swung, as she did this, the hilt of the gun folded and came together, turning into some sort of hammer, the hammer also glowed purple, indicating that it was being powered by the variation of Dust that manipulates gravity. She swung hard and the Bandit was sent flying into the woods. After a moment, Linda leapt off of the roof to join her team, "Anyone else wants to follow him?"

The Bandits looked at one another, wondering what to do, "Survival is what's important." a voice called out, they turn and saw what looked like the Bandit's leader: wearing red like the Bandits, wielding a sword with a red blade and a white-helmeted mask that covered the face, "You Huntsman can Stay if you want, but we're leaving." The Leader said, swinging her blade out, signalling the others to leave, they headed this warning and began to exit the village.

"Should we go after them?" Kelly asked.

"Let them go, "John said as he turned around, "We've got bigger fish to fry."

John "Eagle" Novara, Fred "Badger" Ellsworth, Kelly "Rabbit" Shaddock, and Linda "Lupus" Pravidin. These Hunstman were born in Vacuo, where only the strongest could survive the kingdom's harsh deserts, they met together and learned to be Hunstmen in Shade Acadamy before they transferred to Atlas Acadamy to learn new skills and to gain new weapons and armor. Since the start of their training, they each gave each other nicknames based on a type of animal: Kelly is Rabbit not only for her ears but because of her speed and agile movements. Linda is Lupus, her favourite species of wolf, despite being in a team, she often worked alone, she was the Lone Wolf. Fred's nickname is Badger because of how dangerous he was when he got up close. and John is Eagle, a predatory bird, fast and deadly, which described John to a T, together they formed team BRLE (pronounced Blue) and John was chosen as leader.

They graduated the Acadamy long before the Fall of Beacon. During the Vytal Festival, Beacon Acadamy was attacked, costing the Kingdom of Vale the Cross Continental Transmit tower, or CCT, which has now brought communications between the four Kingdoms to a crawl. And since then, BRLE Team has acted as heroes for hire, they didn't want to take money of course but even Hunstmen needed Lien for food and weapon repairs.

Now their current paycheck was keeping this village standing, and with Grimm coming in fast, it would not be an easy fight. "Linda, how far are they?" John asked

Linda activates her Semblance and is able to see the oncoming hoard of dark creatures, "Just a few meters before they reach the limits."

John looks around, there had to be something he could use, that's when he notices the Church Tower, it was on fire and looked like it could fall any moment, "How long before you think they reach the tower?" John queried, pointing at it.

Linda looks at it and does the math in her head, "About a minute."

"Perfect," John said as he began to focus. John's Semblance is unique among his team, he's able to manipulate certain events that would no doubt lead to a chain of events that would be beneficial to him and his team, their teachers called it Probability Manipulation, He called it luck. As the Grim got closer, John worked his magic, the supports that kept the Tower from collapsing broke through and the collection of bricks came tumbling down, landing on a large collection of Beowolves and Creeps, turning them into dust. But some of them, including the Deathstalkers, were still standing.

"Ready BRLE team?" John asked, he takes his shield and holds it close, it breaks apart and folds itself onto his body, forming armor.

"We’re with you," Fred said as he brought his dagger claws out, "Until the end."

The four readied their weapons and charged at the oncoming Grimm assault.
Fred's day in Blue Team Week.

I decided this time I'd experiment with my Idea of turning them into Huntsman and Huntresses from RWBY

Hope you like it.
